URL

JDBC URL Enter the URL, or connect-string, to the

database or database server, in the correct

format for the database. For example, to

connect to the default Collage database server,

you would enter:

jdbc:sybase:Tds:

For example:

jdbc:sybase:Tds:localhost:2638

The above URL allows you to connect to a

Collage Sybase server on the local system. 2638

is the default Sybase port number.

IMPORTANT!

The host port number in the

connect-string is the database server port, not

the application server port.
