UnrestrictedAuth
This tag determines whether or not to allow sending the username/password combination
with each HTTP redirect.
Description
Sending the username/password combination is useful only if the Allow tag permits
redirections. The default setting is
true.
UserAgent
Container tag.
Description
The settings for clients vary according to whether the Flash Player platform is Windows or
Macintosh. Setting the value 0x01 will configure the player and platform for silence messages.

file becomes the file path of the virtual directory.
